Yesterday was an absolute dream capturing an elopement at the stunning Abbott Falls in Candia, New Hampshire. It was just about an hour north of Boston, but only down the street from their house, making it the perfect spot for this couple. The whole setting was simply magical, surrounded by the natural beauty of the falls and the serene atmosphere of the location.
The intimacy of the elopement was truly special, with just the couple, a pastor, who also happened to be the groom’s middle school teacher, and myself there to witness and document their love. It was so heartwarming to be a part of such a significant moment in their lives.
I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to photograph, as they were so natural and comfortable in front of the camera. You can’t even tell they’ve never had professional photos taken before! It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do.
