YOUR

QUESTIONS

I have compiled a list of common questions that clients have about wedding and family photography.  Take a look below to see if any of these address your own questions or concerns.

I specialize in weddings, maternity, newborn and families.

I started back in 2016 when I had my first wedding. I started mainly as a wedding photographer and got more into family photography in 2018 when I had my first son.

Of course! I am glad to provide you with my most recent work or a gallery that is similar to your event whether it’s a wedding at a specific venue, an outdoor portrait session or an in-home session.

For weddings typically my turnaround time is 6 weeks, but this can be extended to 8 weeks during peak wedding season. Family sessions usually take 2-3 weeks.

Yes, I have 2 back up cameras in case something happens with my main camera body.

All online galleries can be password protected and I can require a PIN to be entered when downloading your images.

I mostly offer in-home newborn sessions, but there are a couple of studios in the area that I can rent for an additional fee.

I am a Mom myself, so I have the Mom sway. If your baby starts to get fussy I will try to rock them back to sleep while shushing. I have a couple of swaddles that I use to help baby feel secure. I also have the white noise app on my phone that I turn up to help comfort baby.

I always suggest pampering yourself prior to your session (hair, make-up, nails) to help you feel your absolutely best! I know pregnancy can sometimes make you not feel like yourself. (I’ve been there). I also have some prompts and poses to help accentuate your baby bump.

If weather conditions drastically change during our session I will deliver the images that were captured and we can go over them together to decide if we need to reschedule. I always watch the weather prior to our session date, but we are in New England and anything can happen!

Yes, but I would keep it to a minimum. My style of photography doesn’t include too many props, so it’s not usually included in my workflow. Ultrasounds are usually my most popular prop for maternity sessions and champagne can be used during engagement sessions.
